TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, all claims must be made with the shipping carrier. USPS insures some lost or damaged packages. If your tracking information says it was delivered you can open a claim by calling USPS at (800) 275-8777 (tel:(800)- 20275-8777)

 

For international orders, we are NOT responsible for any custom fees and taxes. These fees are NOT calculated or applied by Thejsccollection. If you are unsure about the charges, we would recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

 

For orders over $150 you will be required to sign for your package. Please keep track of your tracking number and make sure you’re able to sign the day it’s out for delivery. 

 

If your order is returned to us due to insufficient address you will be required to pay a reshipment fee via invoice. Your order will not be reshipped until the fee is paid, reshipment fees range from $10-$15 for US, and $40-$50 for international.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note that once an order has been placed, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications. This policy helps us process orders efficiently and minimize errors. Additionally, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of defective or incorrect items. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and sizing charts before making a purchase.

 

PROCESSING POLICY:

The processing period for orders will take 1-21 business days (Monday-Friday). Shipping is 3-5 business days.  When ordering during a sale there may be a slight delay in orders please keep this in mind.

 

We are a strictly preorder based business. No products are ON HAND. The processing period involves us placing bulk orders with our vendor, waiting on the arrival from our vendor which is typically 1-2 weeks, THEN shipping the products out to our customers. With that being said we do ask for your patience when ordering from us. Please order atleast 3-4 weeks prior your event/ trip if your ordering for a specific occasion to insure delivery. 

 

ADDRESS CHANGES:

Any address changes can be made anytime before your order ships. Once your order is shipped we cannot change your address.

 

FRAUD SUSPECT ACTIVITY: 

​

If your order is marked as high risk OR if certain details on your order do not match (EXAMPLE: Your shipping details differ from your card details), we will have our team reach out to you for verification of your order, you will be given 2 ways to verify your order. If you cannot verify/ prove your order is not fraud within 72 hours your order will be automatically canceled and reported as fraud. We do this to protect our brand from scams and our customers

 from getting scammed.
